H2 Logic Announces Release of New Fuel Cell Truck
Herning, Denmark-based hydrogen fuel cell research development company H2 Logic recently announced the release of its new fuel cell-powered electric H2 Truck.
The company noted that the first six units of the H2 Truck, which is intended for internal transportation in industries, warehouses, hospitals, airports and other applications with a need for non-polluting tractive power, have already been ordered by Danish customers, with the goal of selling 10 to 15 of the trucks by the end of the year.
H2 Logic said the fuel cell truck will be released for sale in countries outside of Denmark next year.
“A year ago, we made the first prototype,” said H2 Logic director Jacob Hansen. “Based on the field test experiences made on the prototype, we have now further developed it into a CE-approved demonstration model ready for sale. The target is to initiate a number of global demonstration projects to have the H2 Truck running in as many applications as possible.”
