The collaborative work of Susan Ann and Herb Peterson, So?You Wanna Buy a Used Car?, is a very handy pamphlet-style booklet outlining the simple steps to buying a used car that’s not a lemon. The authors run their own car repair shop and are in the perfect position to tell what separates a real lemon from one needing little work: a very simple format tells how to test-drive and inspect a potential winner.
